The room was comfy and clean, but the bed was too small. Staff ranged from indifferent to helpful. Renovations nearby caused noise. No surprises on the bill. Easy access to the city. Room lacked some amenities. Polite front desk staff. A mixed experience overall.

Our hotel was centrally located near all the action, with delicious breakfast included. The staff were super helpful, but the reservation mix-up was stressful. LOVED the comfy beds! Would stay here again. Photos made the place look better than it actually was though.

Our food for continental breakfast was great and all the staff were consistently courteous and supper friendly. The hotel was contemporary and in a central location close enough to Times Square, most major attractions, Madison Square garden. Stopped by Bluestone Lane Coffee to get some coffee and treats, it's a super close walk to the venue, recommend.

The hotel in Hell's Kitchen offers a decent sized room with a large bathroom and stunning views of Midtown Manhattan. The staff were helpful and stored our bags post-checkout. However, some front desk staff were unresponsive, and room cleaning services were only every alternate day. The convenient location near Hudson Yards and subway stations made exploring the city easy. A comfortable bed and clean rooms added to the overall positive experience.

The fitness center was subpar, with limited equipment and a malfunctioning TV. Despite these drawbacks, the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch.

It was as expected, had a good stay. Room was individual, I liked an ideal location and exceptional staff. Late check-out was useful.

The room was super quiet and comfy, and it had awesome views of the city. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially the night manager, who was exceptional; really made us feel at home. It was great having a bar to chill in after a day of exploring. One thing, though, the room was a bit tight for three people, and there was no shelf in the shower for our toiletries, which was a bummer 😊.

The continental breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of items to choose from.

Four Points was super clean, with comfortable beds. the location, 2 blocks from the Vessel, is great. Complimentary breakfasts were a nice touch. Across the street, a good breakfast restaurant awaits.

the location was ideal, within walking distance of everything. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay in the city much easier. the room, though the single queen bed was small as expected, was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the modern style and the amazing bathroom. the hotel provided useful amenities like a fridge, microwave, and travel-size toiletries.

One thing that could be improved is the sound insulation in the rooms. It's true that you can hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The remote was missing when I arrived and it took a long time to get a replacement. the room was not cleaned for the duration of my stay, despite requesting fresh towels.

I recently stayed at the Four Points in Midtown West for a weekend getaway. The staff, especially Marvina E at the reception desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The 15th floor view was absolutely stunning. The hotel was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room, although small, was functional and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with a subway station and shopping mall just a few minutes away. I can't thank the staff enough, including the helpful white guy and two black guys, especially Samuel, who went above and beyond when my sister had an accident. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

the room was super clean, and the huge beds were comfy. the staff were really nice and the restaurant was good. it's not far from Macy's, and despite the building sites - the rooms had a good view. plus, being quiet at night in NYC is a big win!

We had an amazing stay at this location. the staff at Four Points was wonderful, cheerful, and very responsive. We were even upgraded to a room with a view of Javits and the Hudson. the room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small. the on-site restaurant was a convenient bonus. the location was perfect for our short stay, as we were able to walk to nearby attractions and catch our train home from Penn Station. There were also great dining options nearby, including a delicious breakfast place across the street and Jose Andres' Little Spain eatery a few blocks away on 10th Ave.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the spacious and clean rooms, and the availability of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate at reception and in the room. The location was perfect, close to Penn Station and the NY subway station, which made transportation a breeze. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, with Eddie going above and beyond to arrange a private car for us back to the airport.

I loved that it was situated right outside the Tanger outlets, making it so convenient to indulge in some shopping right at my doorstep.
